The veteran actor, who was widely respected for his contributions to the Nigerian film industry, was seen in the clip sharing details of a difficult medical journey that began several years ago and eventually changed his life.
In the resurfaced interview recorded in 2024 with filmmaker Kunle Afod, Oyewo explained that his health challenges started around July 2019 when he began experiencing difficulty while passing urine.
Concerned about the condition, he reportedly visited a family doctor in Ilaramokin, Ondo State, where he was advised to undergo further medical examinations. The situation later led to more serious medical interventions.
According to the late actor in the video, doctors carried out a series of treatments and procedures aimed at managing his condition, which was linked to prostate enlargement.
