Catholic priest Emmanuel Ehioma has sparked reactions online after advising people who repeatedly watched the viral video of the Ibom Air passenger to seek confession.
In a Facebook post on Tuesday, the priest condemned the act, saying that rewatching the clip multiple times was driven by “the hunger to see her nude.”
In a Facebook post posted on Tuesday, the priest is quoted as saying, “The second, third, fourth and other times you went back…were because of your hunger to see her n+de.. It is really regrettable to see husbands, fathers, and even wives and mothers describing a lady’s br+ast,” he said.
Fr. Ehioma urged those guilty of such to visit their priest and “confess to the Lord,” stressing that such behaviour was morally wrong and unbecoming of responsible adults.
The viral video in question has continued to generate widespread debate, with many questioning the ethics of sharing and consuming such sensitive content.
