Bella Shmurda Cancels Upcoming Canadian Tour to Honour Late Friend, Mohbad

Bella Shmurda, a young Nigerian artist and close friend of late singer Mohbad, has canceled his scheduled Canadian tour.

According to Gistlover, the news of the death of 27-year-old Mohbad, an influential figure in Nigerian Street Hop, threw Nigerians and followers all over the world into sorrow on September 12, 2023.

Since Mohbad’s death was announced, there has been an outpouring of sorrow and concern from the general public, who has called for an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.

Mohbad’s close friend Bella Shumurda confirmed on Saturday the cancellation of his scheduled Canadian tour due to “unforeseen circumstances and sad events.”

In a post via his X (Twitter) account on September 16, 2023, Bella Shmurda revealed that he would be announcing new dates in the future.

He wrote,

“Due to the recent sad event and unforeseen circumstances, I have had to cancel my Tour of Canada, New dates will be communicated.”
