Ilebeya Odinaya, winner of Big Brother Naija All-Stars, expresses concern about the escalating prices she receives from vendors after winning N120 million.
She vented her anger on the microblogging platform X after being charged N120,000 Naira for a makeup session.
Ilebaye, who won the grand prize of 120 million Naira, expressed her dissatisfaction with the increased price, blaming it on her newfound wealth.
Highlighting the consequences of her victory and increased celebrity, she wrote in a now-deleted tweet, “Because I win 120 million, person charge me 120k for make-up.”
This complaint follows Odinaya’s earlier denial, made a few months ago, regarding speculations that her Big Brother Naija win was a result of sympathy votes. In October 2023, she emphatically rejected claims suggesting her victory was based on pity.
