The challenges range from millions disappearing from their accounts, to others saying that monies paid or transferred into their account have not reflected despite the senders being debited.
In a video making the rounds on social media, they could be seen lashing out at the security men who initially refused to let them into the bank.
The disgruntled men and women eventually gained access into the banking hall and continued to vent at the staff.
However, they said that the bank was not showing any interest in addressing the issue, neither were they assuring the customers that it will be resolved.
