- Don Jazzy revealed that many young artistes don’t favor his beats, despite his continued passion for producing.
- He expressed excitement after Rema praised one of his beats, sparking industry conversations.

Ace music producer and Mavin Records boss Don Jazzy has shared insights into his creative process, revealing that while he still enjoys making beats, not all younger artistes resonate with his sound.
Speaking candidly, the producer noted that many emerging artistes under his radar often prefer different styles, which can sometimes limit how frequently his beats are used.
“I still enjoy making beats but most of the young artistes I have don’t really like my beats,
When Rema said he liked the beat for Bo0ty bounce I was so happy”.
He went on to highlight how meaningful it was to receive positive feedback from Rema, especially given the evolving soundscape of Afrobeats and the preferences of younger musicians.
