A female cleric at Lighthouse Church in Arizona, Seye Benjamin Agbo, has sparked reactions online after delivering a strong message about the nature of God in Christianity compared to Islam.

While addressing her congregation, she stated that Christians and Muslims do not worship the same God, urging believers to make this clear to their Muslim friends and family members.

Her remarks have drawn attention and debate, particularly as she described the God of Islam as man-made and lifeless, while emphasizing that the Christian God, Jesus Christ, died and rose again.

She went on to stress that there is only one true God and maintained that access to Him is solely through Jesus Christ, not through any prophet, which contrasts with Islamic teachings.

The cleric also encouraged Christians to stay grounded in their beliefs, advising them to pray for those of different faiths rather than endorsing their views.

In her words: “The God you serve is not the same god that Muslims serve. Don’t try to say we do because we are not serving the same god. The gods of other religions are man-made. They are dead and not risen.”

@iam_nnma:”Someone said is religion that’s really our problem in this country, sadly I will have to agree.

@starprince__1:”She’s kuku saying the truth We are serving Allah while Christian claims they are serving Jesus but to Islamic faith , Jesus is a prophet and messenger of God. Even that doesn’t give us permission to be fighting each other. Let’s leave it for God to decide.”

@isabellachysom:”All of you blasting the pastor, the Muslims kuku didn’t tell you people that we are worshipping the same God, so what’s the outrage about?”
