Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has addressed recent remarks made about him by social media personality King Mitchy amid their ongoing online dispute.
King Mitchy had publicly criticized the activist, accusing him of frequently calling people out and engaging in online confrontations. She urged him to channel his energy into showcasing tangible achievements rather than constantly dragging others on social media.
The influencer went a step further by requesting N50 million from VDM, stating that she would use the funds to refurbish four schools. She highlighted her recent renovation projects, claiming she completed them within a short period of time.
In response, VDM maintained that he has never spoken ill of King Mitchy. He referred to an earlier post he made during the peak of his clash with media personality Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, popularly known as Nedu. According to him, King Mitchy had commented on that post, and after noticing the attention her comment was receiving, he read it out publicly.
VDM insisted that he made no disparaging remarks about her but alleged that she has continued to target him online since 2025.
The self-proclaimed “Ratel President” further stated that he is willing to provide the N50 million she requested and would officially assign her four schools to renovate with the funds.
He also claimed that King Mitchy has ties to Seyi Tinubu and suggested that the criticisms against him may be politically driven. VDM added that he has been outspoken about the alleged attack on Peter Obi and has also criticized Pascal Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chiefpriest, over his support for the City Boy Movement.
