A Ghanaian man has sparked widespread discussion online after sharing a video that shows a woman being firmly counseled by female relatives to accept her husband’s newly introduced second wife.
The viral clip, reportedly recorded within a Zongo community in Ghana, a predominantly Hausa-speaking settlement, captures older women advising the first wife to submit to the situation and disregard opinions from her friends.
In the video, the narrator draws attention to the stern and forceful tone used by the women as they caution the wife against trusting friends or “human beings,” suggesting that outside influences could worsen her marital situation.
The family members further advised the woman to keep marital issues strictly private, instructing her not to disclose her challenges even to her own mother.

Allwell Ademola was laid to rest between Thursday, January 8, and Friday, January 9, at a cemetery in the Yaba area of Lagos, with several notable figures from the Yoruba movie industry in attendance.
However, fans observed that Muyiwa Ademola was missing from the burial ceremony, sparking questions online.
Addressing the concerns, the Yoruba movie star took to social media shortly after the burial to clarify his absence. According to him, he was out of the country at the time and was unable to return in time to witness his cousin’s final journey.
In an emotional tribute, Muyiwa Ademola expressed deep sorrow over Allwell’s passing and reflected on the fragile nature of life. He also asked her to pass his greetings to departed family members, including his late father and uncle.
