Blessing CEO Slams Critics Wishing Her Marriage to IVD Would Fail

Popular relationship expert Blessing CEO has shared her happiness online after her partner, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, widely known as IVD, was discharged and cleared of all charges in the prolonged legal battle linked to the death of his wife, Bimbo.

Posting on her Instagram page, Blessing announced that the judgment was delivered on December 15, 2025. She described the ruling as a huge relief, marking the end of four difficult years filled with emotional strain, public pressure, and what she called misleading narratives.

Expressing gratitude, she stated that justice had finally prevailed. In her words:

“Discharged and acquitted… 15th December 2025… It ended in praise. Four years of tears and false narratives. Nigeria’s justice system still works. I am proud of my country. Ikechukwu Darry Ogobnna (IVD), you can now have your life back. Congratulations.”

Beyond celebrating the verdict, Blessing also used the opportunity to caution people against staying in toxic or unhealthy marriages and relationships.

The court decision has generated mixed reactions across social media. While many users congratulated IVD and applauded the ruling, others reopened discussions around the controversies that followed the case over the years.

Recall that in August, IVD was reportedly arrested at the airport while trying to travel to Qatar, following claims that he was barred from leaving the country due to the ongoing domestic violence case involving his late wife.

With the case now concluded in his favour, Blessing CEO maintains that the ordeal is finally over and that her partner is free to move on and rebuild his life.
