The film star travelled to the UK following the highly publicized issues surrounding her marriage to politician Ned Nwoko and their eventual separation.
In a recent Instagram video, Regina appeared in a chef’s outfit as she teamed up with another woman to cook efo iro. She introduced the ingredients laid out on the table including pepper, crayfish, vegetables, seasoning, and other condiments while the chef gave her a tour of the spotless kitchen.
Regina later joined the chef at the counter to prepare the dish. Towards the end of the clip, she was seen sitting at a dining table tasting the soup along with rice and plantain, playfully repeating her new catchphrase as she enjoyed the meal.
