Nigerian rapper Emeka Akumefule, widely known as Blaqbonez, experienced a hostile reception during a performance in Abuja.

The show took place on December 7 at Delphino Picnic, located behind the Abuja Velodrome. Footage obtained by Naija News shows some members of the audience booing and throwing objects toward the stage, disrupting his performance.

Blaqbonez, who shared the stage with Runtown and Duncan Mighty, encountered interruptions while performing his track ‘ACL’ from his October album No Excuses. The crowd’s reaction may have been influenced by his recent online remarks or a prior dispute with fellow artist Odumodublvck.

Despite the challenges, the rapper maintained his composure and later posted updates, expressing gratitude to fans and reflecting on the experience.

Commenting on the incident via Twitter, Blaqbonez joked, “thought they could stop me from doing acl, i gave them 3 times 😂.”

The episode has since sparked widespread discussion among fans.
