A new online controversy has emerged after a pastor’s wife reportedly remarried in the United States, despite her husband having sponsored her for a program there.
The pastor opened up about the distressing situation during a recent sermon. He revealed that his wife is also a full-time pastor and that they have been married for more than twenty years.
He explained that in 2016, they were both invited to attend a program in the U.S., but he stayed behind in Nigeria to take care of their children while sponsoring her trip. She returned to Nigeria after two months, holding a two-year visiting visa.
Since then, however, she has allegedly refused to come back to Nigeria, remarried abroad, and left her husband to raise their five children alone.

I’ve been nursing it. We’ve lived for 23 years. My first son is 31 or 32 years. I was worshipping with CPN for almost 20 years. My wife came back two months after the program. I told my wife that the people told us to pay for flight ticket, and they will take care of us in America.
I told her that what will happen since she was not working and I was busy with my business and providing for the family, she should be the one to go to America.
I prepared her, and paid for her ticket. She travelled to America. My wife came back two months after the program. Nigeria was now disgusting to her”.
