The viral clip showed Ntuli and her companion dancing provocatively along a busy road, dangerously close to fast-moving vehicles. The video quickly gained traction online, drawing a wave of reactions—while some social media users dismissed the act as lighthearted fun, others condemned it as irresponsible and unsafe.

In a statement issued by the Presidency, Ramaphosa expressed strong disapproval of the incident, stressing that such actions posed serious risks to both the individuals involved and unsuspecting motorists.

“Freedom must be exercised responsibly. Putting lives at risk under the guise of entertainment is unacceptable. Law enforcement has been directed to take swift action,” the statement read.

Authorities have since confirmed that investigations are underway to apprehend those involved.
