Nigerian rapper Olamide Gbenga Adedeji, popularly known as Olamide (Baddo), has revealed that he no longer eats Amala or other heavy local meals.
Speaking in an interview with YouTuber Korty EO, released on Sunday, August 3, the YBNL boss shared that he now prefers lighter and healthier food options such as broccoli, sea bass, lamb chops, and caviar.
Olamide admitted he isn’t much of a food lover but enjoys eating vegetables, especially broccoli. He explained that he stopped eating traditional meals like Amala because they often left him feeling overly full and sluggish.
He said: “I’m not a big fan of food. “I eat veggies. But I can kIll for broccoli.
“I love broccoli, sea bass fish, lamb chops, and even caviar. Those are light meals. I don’t eat Amala, it makes me full.”
