AAC Candidate Chioma Ifemeludike Warns Anambra Residents Against Reelecting Governor Soludo

African Action Congress (AAC) governorship candidate, Chioma Ifemeludike, has cautioned Anambra residents against reelecting Governor Chukwuma Soludo in the upcoming November 8 governorship election.

In a video shared on social media, the Nollywood actress and producer criticized Governor Soludo for what she described as poor governance and neglect of basic infrastructure in the state.

Ifemeludike particularly pointed out the deplorable condition of roads in Awka, including Uche Ekwunife Crescent, which she said had been left “totally dilapidated.” She accused Soludo of focusing on constructing a new Government House with well-paved roads instead of improving the lives of ordinary citizens.

She stated that Soludo’s administration had failed to deliver meaningful projects or quality social amenities, claiming that his government was more interested in showmanship than service.

“If you miss out, you will suffer for it because Soludo is not ready to provide real leadership,” Ifemeludike warned.

In a Facebook post directed at the governor, she questioned why Awka, the capital city, still appeared “rural and undeveloped” despite the funds available from FAAC, local allocations, and internally generated revenue (IGR).

She urged Anambra voters not to be deceived by political gimmicks but to come out in large numbers and make a better choice at the polls.

“On November 8, you have a choice and that choice is Chioma for governor 2025,” she declared.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has confirmed that 16 political parties will participate in the Anambra governorship election.
