‘You All Shall See Fire for Fire’- Biafra Commander C-ROZ Issues Threat After Kanu’s Life Sentence

  • C-ROZ, a self-proclaimed commander of the Biafra Liberation Army, issued strong threats after Nnamdi Kanu was sentenced to life imprisonment.
  • C-ROZ expressed extreme anger at South East residents for failing to comply with his sit-at-home order on the day of the verdict.
  • He accused the Nigerian government of deploying military forces to disrupt the order, claimed that some soldiers “paid the price,” and vowed that everyone would now “see fire for fire,”

C-ROZ, a self-proclaimed commander of the Biafra Liberation Army, has issued strong threats following the life sentence handed down to IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu by Justice James Omotosho on November 20, 2025.

The commander reacted sharply on his official X account, primarily blaming residents of the South East for ignoring his sit-at-home order issued for the day of the sentencing. He claimed that heavy security deployments were sent to the region specifically to disrupt compliance.

Expressing anger over the situation, C-ROZ issued a clear threat of escalation:

“I promise everyone henceforth you all shall see fire for fire. I made a post ordering sit at home on the 20th. Immediately after the post, Nigeria sent all their armies to Biafra land to make sure they disrupt the sit at home order.”

He further claimed casualties among security forces:

“But guess what, many of the Nigeria army paid the price. May they rest in pieces. Now I said please come again. All of you in the zoo will see hell henceforth. This is my promise.”

C-ROZ’s inflammatory statements have heightened concerns about potential unrest and security threats in the region following the landmark judgment.
