Yhemolee has shared his thoughts on the recent Ibom Air incident involving flight attendant Comfort Emmanson and a passenger.

He condemned the hostess’s conduct, expressing surprise that someone with such a harsh and unapproachable attitude was hired to attend to passengers.

He wrote:

“Person mama wey suppose be conductor or dey drive Maruwa na him una employ as air hostess? I’ve never seen any hostess with that kind of strong face. Barely smiled in the two times I’ve seen her. If she’s depressed or going through issues, she should stay home! I can’t pay half a million naira for a local flight just to be met with strong faces like it’s my problem.

“My advice is for Comfort to publicly apologize, and the air hostess should do the same. We travel often and hostesses usually ask politely with smiles to turn off devices it makes the request easier to accept. You can’t just command me around like your papa booked the flight for me. Tone and mood are very important in communication.”
