A 32-year-old Russian woman, Mariana Barutkina, has been hospitalized with a fractured spine after attempting the viral Nicki Minaj stiletto challenge just weeks after giving birth.

In a video she shared online, Barutkina was seen trying to squat in high heels on a stack of unstable household items, including a baby formula container placed on a sauce pot, all balanced on a kitchen counter. Unfortunately, she lost her balance and fell, resulting in a Th9 compression fracture.

Barutkina, who had only recently begun her content creation journey, spoke about the painful ordeal, calling it an unexpected test of strength and resilience.

The dangerous challenge, which mimics a pose from Nicki Minaj’s “High School” music video, has gained popularity among influencers looking for viral fame, despite growing concerns over the risks involved.
