Nollywood actor and comedian Williams Uchemba is celebrating his son, Ethan, as the boy marks his first birthday.

The proud father of two, currently in Nigeria, shared a lengthy and heartfelt post on his Instagram page, expressing his deep love for his son and showering him with powerful prayers for the future.

In his emotional dedication, Uchemba wrote:

“Look who turned one today. Happy Birthday, Ethan”

The actor then offered a series of blessings for his son, including prayers that Ethan will be a voice for his generation, grow in wisdom, and conquer limits that hindered his father.

He concluded the tribute with a grand promise:

“I LOVE YOU, MY BOY, AND I AM COMING TO SHUT DOWN THE UK FOR YOU”.

The post quickly garnered well wishes from fans and colleagues celebrating the milestone.

In other news…. Kechi Okwuchi, one of only two survivors of the tragic Sosoliso plane crash that occurred on December 10, 2005, has taken to social media to mark the 20th anniversary of the disaster. The crash claimed 107 lives out of the 109 passengers on board.

In a video posted to her X account, Kechi Okwuchi paid tribute to the passengers who passed away. Recalling the event, she shared that she was 16 years old at the time and held her close friend as the plane was about to crash.

She spoke about her recovery and second chance at life:

“20 years have passed, and some of my memories are not only painful or negative anymore. I have had a lost of amazing experiences because I was able to have a second chance at life that most people on that place were not able to.”

The survivor recalled that the aftermath was rough and required a prolonged period of recovery from her injuries.

Kechi Okwuchi later gained widespread recognition after auditioning for the 12th edition of America’s Got Talent. She also graduated first-class in Economics from the University of St. Thomas (Houston) in 2015 and earned an MBA with distinction.
