King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, also known as Kwam 1 or K1 de Ultimate, is a well-known Fuji legend from Nigeria. A video of him at an event has gone viral and sparked intense reactions online.
In this mesmerizing moment that was recorded on stage during an event, Adekunle Gold appeared out of nowhere while KWAM 1 was performing. He was carrying a $1,000 present and was bowing reverently when he approached him.
When K1 De Ultimate received the monetary gift with grace and gave it to a band member to keep safe, his face lit up with sheer excitement.
But the part that really stood out in the video was when the well-known Fuji star, in an animated gesture, rubbed his palms together as if cleaning them after taking the money.
Some Netizens were offended by KWAM 1’s stunning gesture of rubbing his palms together after receiving the monetary gift, leaving them to wonder why he made the gesture.
The decision to squander money on an already accomplished musician like KWAM 1 earned Adekunle Gold criticism as well. Some contended that his funds would have been better used to support underprivileged or up-and-coming artists who were in need of financial support.
