David Adeleke alias Davido, the afrobeat maestro, recently responded to a Twitter troll who expressed a terrible desire for his demise.
The nasty statement was made by Twitter user @Winco_3 while sharing a video of Burna Boy’s cancelled 34,000 venue sold-out Netherlands concert.
The user indicated that not even Davido’s funeral could draw as many people as the enormous gathering at the location.
The troll wrote, “Even Davido burial that would be free can’t pack this crowd. Know your mate.”
However, taking to his Twitter account on a Sunday morning, Davido addressed the individual who had expressed a death wish towards him.
Quoting the tweet, he averred:
“So u want me to die? Reason being? What have I personally done to you to have you wish death on me. Anyways I’m not going anywhere! I WILL LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST.”
In response to a fan who advised the singer to ignore such trolls, Davido replied:
“If nobody wants to talk I WILL. you guys will hurt the wrong person one day. Not everybody is strong and can take it for years like I’ve done! Me no send but one day these people will hurt the wrong person.”
