Rising artist Dkokopee, born Ogaga Okokowa, has stirred conversations online after a video of him with popular singer Afeez Fashola, widely known as Naira Marley, surfaced on social media.
In the short clip, Dkokopee who is well-known as the close friend of controversial social media personality VeryDarkMan was seen vibing alongside a shirtless Naira Marley while casually eating sausages from paper bags.
The singer also featured a snippet of his track in the video, with the lyric, “Two poor men no fit help each other,” catching the attention of fans.
This linkup comes amid ongoing discussions about VeryDarkMan’s public support for Naira Marley, which has fueled speculation that the social media critic may have been compensated to defend the Marlian Music boss.
Earlier, GistLover reported that VeryDarkMan revealed a celebrity WhatsApp group created following the passing of singer Mohbad. The disclosure reportedly cost actor Jigan Baba Oja, one of the group members, an endorsement deal.
Reacting to the recent clip, VeryDarkMan questioned when the video was recorded and teased fans about a possible collaboration, writing:
