A woman has stirred mixed reactions on social media after sharing her views on motherhood and the pressure some women face to have children before a certain age.

In a video circulating online, the lady advised women to consider having at least one child between the ages of 30 and 35. According to her, many women later struggle with depression because they delayed childbirth.

“Any woman wey never born, na ‘sister’ dem dey call am. Once you be woman and you reach 30–35, try get pikin,” she said.

She also questioned some religious teachings that discourage certain lifestyles while, in her view, ignoring other issues.

“If you like, listen to your pastor. The same pastor wey dey preach against indecent dressing go draw big tattoo, come talk say make we show am where Bible talk say make person no draw tattoo,” she added.

The woman further urged women not to become too relaxed about starting a family.

“No stay too relaxed. Plenty women dey depressed because dem no get pikin. As a woman, try your best make you at least get one child,” she said.
