Tonto has made it quite obvious she opted for the surgery to feel more comfortable in her skin and improve her looks.
Tonto Dikeh shared an old photo of herself alongside her new photo as she made it known that she has perfectly explained her reason to the fan who asked her about her reason for doing the surgery.
