- A man has called out the VIO after allegedly spotting one of its vehicles violating traffic rules and lacking basic roadworthy features.
A Nigerian man has raised concerns after spotting a vehicle belonging to the Vehicle Inspection Office (VIO) in traffic, alleging that it was not roadworthy.
In a video shared online, the man questioned the condition of the vehicle, noting that it lacked basic safety features expected of cars inspected by the agency.
“See VIO car. Just imagine, this car is not road worthy at all. It didn’t have park light and brake light. It didn’t even wait for the traffic stop sign and these are supposed to be the people inspecting vehicles,” he said.
The clip has since sparked reactions on social media, with many users debating issues of accountability and enforcement standards among regulatory authorities.

The development comes after Kafayat earlier shared her ordeal in an emotional interview with Biola Bayo, where she accused the singer of taking their children after the death of their son.

The mother of three said she hadn’t seen her kids for days and was unaware of their whereabouts at the time.
Announcing the latest development, Biola Bayo shared photos of Kafayat reunited with her children on social media, expressing relief over the outcome.
