“These are supposed to be the people inspecting vehicles?”– Nigerian Man Calls Out VIO Car in Traffic

  • A man has called out the VIO after allegedly spotting one of its vehicles violating traffic rules and lacking basic roadworthy features.

A Nigerian man has raised concerns after spotting a vehicle belonging to the Vehicle Inspection Office (VIO) in traffic, alleging that it was not roadworthy.

In a video shared online, the man questioned the condition of the vehicle, noting that it lacked basic safety features expected of cars inspected by the agency.

“See VIO car. Just imagine, this car is not road worthy at all. It didn’t have park light and brake light. It didn’t even wait for the traffic stop sign and these are supposed to be the people inspecting vehicles,” he said.

The clip has since sparked reactions on social media, with many users debating issues of accountability and enforcement standards among regulatory authorities.
