Yvonne Jegede, a Nollywood actress, recently revealed her recent experience with her colleague, Funke Akindele.
The actress worked alongside Funke Akindele on the recently released film ‘A Tribe Called Judah,’ and she shared her thoughts.
In an exclusive interview, Jegede praised Funke Akindele’s abilities, describing her as a ‘crazy’ filmmaker who oversees every element of production while on site.
“Working with Funke on this new project took me to a whole new level of understanding and knowledge about filmmaking,” Jegede remarked.
She added:
“She is an insane filmmaker who perfectly orchestrates every part of the production. My respect for her has doubled; I can’t even address her without adding ‘Big Sis.”
“When you see her on TV, you would think she loves to have fun, play around, dance, and be goofy. That’s a lie! She’s a very serious person when she’s on set.”
“Her commitment and preparation before stepping onto the set are remarkable. She possesses an intricate understanding of every department, which she executes to perfection. To be honest, she’s exceptional.”
