Opeyemi Falagen, an Ekiti state politician and ex-girlfriend of Nkechi Blessing, has recently stirred the pot on parenting, citing Mohbad and his father as a case study.
Following Mohbad’s untimely death, there was much discussion regarding the stark contrast between Mohbad’s opulent lifestyle and his father’s gaunt, sickly appearance.
The discrepancy prompted Opeyemi to comment on the potential neglect of parental care, emphasising that children caring for their parents is not always a given, even if the parent has completed their responsibilities.
Meanwhile…
Honourable Opeyemi Falegan, a former Ekiti-state governorship aspirant and ex-lover of Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing, has offered to pay for late Mohbad’s son’s DNA test.
Remember that Joseph Aloba, the late singer’s father, had urged Wunmi to perform a DNA test on his grandson.
At one point, Falegan chastised Wunmi for refusing to take the test, adding that he would provide financial support if she agreed to take it.
He’s sent another note to late Mohbad’s father, requesting permission to pay for the DNA test.
In his brief statement, he stated that Mohbad’s father is from Ikere, Ekiti, and that he would gladly foot the fee if given permission.
Ope Falegan noted that any issue that concerns people from his state is of top priority to him which is why he wants to pay for the DNA test.
See some of the comments below. @theladytoyah: “Wunmi sending you love and strength.”
