PZ Cussons Ends Operations in Nigeria, Sells Palm Oil Stake for $70 Million

PZ Cussons has agreed to sell its 50% stake in PZ Wilmar Limited—its Nigerian palm oil joint venture—to Wilmar International for $70 million. The deal, pending regulatory approval, is expected to close by late 2025.
