Judgment: Public Opinion Cannot Override the Constitution – CJN, Ariwoola

Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, has warned court officials to maintain their objectivity and not be swayed by popular opinion, saying that public opinion cannot override the constitution in any judgment.
