Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has advised her fans to let their achievements speak for themselves while ignoring detractors, highlighting the importance of mental health and peace of mind.
Sharing a video of her massive closet ahead of the New Year, she encouraged followers to allow enemies to vent their frustrations without responding.
Ojo said, “Stop stressing, let your success do the talking. Embrace peace of mind and be a little bit petty like me. The feeling is unmatched.”
She further prayed for her fans, urging them to remain resilient despite opposition, adding, “May your enemies continue to dance mad in the market square, while you watch and laugh. May your success baffle them, and may your joy be their pain and frustration.”
The actress reflected on a challenging year, which included scrutiny following her daughter’s wedding, an EFCC inquiry over money spraying, and a fire incident at her office.
Despite these trials, Ojo expressed gratitude for her staff and divine protection, noting that no lives were lost and her business was salvaged.
She also emphasised perseverance in the face of adversity, saying, “Whoever God has blessed, no psycho villain can destroy. No matter the lies or people they pay or manipulate to bring you down, they’re only digging their own pit.”
