A Nigerian Instagram comedian has been dragged on social media after he posted a new car and claimed that he bought it for his primary school teacher, but it turned out to be a lie.
The skit-maker identified as Comedian Sir Law had in a Twitter post said that he saved for a year and bought a new car for his teacher after discovering that he’s been in a wheelchair for 8 years.
He shared photos of the car and a gift box containing money which came with it.
The comedian wrote; ”Last year I found out that my primary school teacher has been on wheelchair for 8years.
Well I saved for a year and I’m gifting him this for #ValentinesDay
His claim was however debunked by a lady who revealed her friend’s husband bough the car for her last year.
