Simon Guobadia, the ex-husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams, has filed a federal defamation lawsuit against her, accusing her of making damaging and humiliating remarks about his private life on social media.

In newly filed court documents, Guobadia claims that Williams made false and offensive statements implying he suffers from erectile dysfunction. The businessman is seeking $500,000 in damages, citing lost sponsorships, business deals, and emotional distress.

The lawsuit alleges that following their separation, tensions escalated online, with Williams posting negative and misleading content about him in a way that painted him as sexually inadequate. Guobadia insists the statements were not only untrue but were made as factual claims intended to damage his reputation.

“These posts were intentionally crafted to imply that [Guobadia] suffers from this condition, casting him in a negative and humiliating light,” his legal team stated in the suit. “The statements were false; [Guobadia] does not have ED and has never suffered from or been diagnosed with this condition.”

Guobadia is also requesting additional compensation for the emotional harm, reputational damage, and public embarrassment the posts have allegedly caused.
