Rising musician Crown Uzama, better known by his stage name Shallipopi, recently talked about a situation in which he refused to be photographed with a woman.
The woman, a budding singer, warned others not to meet their idols after venting her anguish on Twitter. When she requested Shallipopi for a picture, she said she was advised to “shift.”
She penned:
“Asked shallipopi for a picture today & he told me to shift 💀 reminder to never meet your heroes.”
Shallipopi responded by sharing his perspective on the situation on Twitter. He explained that he thought the woman had approached him impolitely.
Shallipopi told her in a tweet to make sure she asks politely the next time.
