A new controversy has emerged involving the Chief Executive Officer of Karid Oil and Gas Ltd and Oil Money Records, Alafaa Kariboye-Igbo, widely known as Oil Money, who is demanding a refund of ₦20 million from self-proclaimed relationship expert, Blessing CEO.

Blessing CEO has recently been making headlines following her claim that she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, a revelation that has sparked mixed reactions across social media.

Amid the controversy, some prominent figures, including VeryDarkMan and King Mitchy, reportedly contributed funds to support her treatment.

In a statement shared on Instagram, Oil Money, through his legal team, called for the refund of ₦20 million allegedly given for her medical care. The statement also issued a seven-day ultimatum, warning that legal action may be taken if the money is not returned within the stipulated time.

The legal representatives further requested proof that the refund has been made before the deadline expires.

The post was captioned: “Justice isn’t optional. Refund what’s owed. Ashawo fake life Blessing CEO refund my 20 million naira asap before it’s too late for you.”

Meanwhile, VeryDarkMan has also called for a refund of his donation, expressing doubts about the authenticity of her cancer diagnosis.

“My money is in your account; when I am ready, you’ll refund it,” he said in a video that has since gone viral.
