A disturbing case of abuse has surfaced involving a 14-year-old maid who was allegedly tortured with a hot pressing iron by her school principal and several teachers in response to a theft accusation.
According to reports shared by @PH_Socials on X (formerly Twitter), the girl’s employer accused her of stealing ₦30,000 and brought the complaint to the school.
Rather than follow due process, the principal and some teachers reportedly took matters into their own hands, using a hot iron to torture the teenager.
A video circulating online shows the young girl in pain, clutching her hand, which appeared to be severely burned.
The incident has sparked widespread outrage, with many Nigerians calling for justice and immediate action against the school staff involved.
