President Tinubu paid a visit to the individuals affected by the recent assaults in Benue while they were receiving treatment in the hospital.
He was joined by the state governor, Hyacinth Alia, along with other government representatives.
The purpose of the President’s visit was to evaluate the recent acts of violence in the state and to engage with stakeholders regarding sustainable solutions to the ongoing crisis that has endured for several years.

In other news…. Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, popularly known as Portable, recently shared a distressing incident involving his Chevrolet SUV, which was damaged during a visit to Abeokuta for a performance.
In a video posted on his official Instagram page, the Zazu Zeh crooner displayed his SUV with a shattered window, explaining that it was broken during an encounter with some overzealous individuals who approached him claiming to be fans.
Portable recounted that while engaging with the crowd, one person struck the window of his vehicle, causing it to break despite it being an imported bulletproof car from the United States. He expressed shock over how easily the glass shattered.
The singer revealed that the individual responsible had been apprehended by the police. He also appealed to fans for support in repairing the damage to his prized bulletproof Chevrolet, which he claimed is one of only three of its type in the country.
In the video, Portable maintained his signature confidence, proudly asserting the uniqueness and luxury of his car, while lamenting the unfortunate incident.
