Street-hop artist Portable has stirred fresh drama with a new track taking a jab at actor Lege Miami, following the uproar over a leaked video allegedly involving the actor in a compromising act.
Lege Miami recently raised an alarm online, claiming he was being blackmailed over a private video that surfaced online. The clip, which has been circulating in some circles, reportedly shows a man engaged in an explicit act.
However, Lege strongly denied being the person in the footage, calling it a deliberate attempt to tarnish his image.
Despite his denial, Portable seized on the controversy, incorporating it into the lyrics of his latest release. In the song, he boldly sings:
“Wo ni Lege ma n soapy…”
an accusatory line that uses the slang “soapy,” commonly associated with masturbation in Nigerian pop culture.
Portable didn’t stop there; he used the song to give a shout-out to Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu, as well as celebrity fashion designer Seyi Vodi, who recently celebrated his 50th birthday in Abuja.
Never one to avoid controversy, Portable has once again turned trending topics into musical content, adding fuel to the ongoing public discourse.
