Controversial street singer Portable has publicly appealed to his wife, Bewaji, asking her to forgive him. In a live video, he urged Nigerians to help beg her, claiming he has returned fully to her and that any influence from another woman, Ashabi, is over.

Portable insisted Bewaji is his only legal wife, stating he cannot marry anyone else and describing his other partners as baby mamas.
