A photo of a Catholic priest celebrating the Kingship of Christ in consonance with the Igbo cultural heritage – has sparked heated debated online after the picture emerged. In the picture, the Priest has the monstrance lifted up above for veneration, and by the sides of the van are two men who have a pot of calabash filled with burning charcoal and frankincense which signifies the passage of Kings. The white chalk or “nzu” were also drawn on the chests of the traditional men.
