Nigerian model, actress, vlogger, and social media influencer, Abike Halima Raheem, popularly known as Papaya Ex, showed up to support celebrity chef Hilda Baci at her recently concluded Jollof rice cookathon in Lagos.

Alongside Nollywood actress Funke Akindele and TikTok star Peller, Papaya Ex was one of the notable personalities seen at the event.

A video from the cookathon that surfaced online captured the moment Papaya Ex spoke about Hilda Baci.

When asked to describe the celebrity chef, she said Hilda is reserved and avoids drama.

“Hilda is so reserved, she doesn’t want wahala, her own is just to cook and be with her husband,” Papaya Ex revealed.

In a lighter moment, she was asked which Jollof rice ingredient she would represent. Papaya Ex chose palm oil, saying it is key to making the best stew.

“Palm oil, because it can literally make the best stew in the world; I am a forever palm oil stew girl,” she responded.
