Noble Igwe’s Pregnant Wife Gets a Pedicure as First Push Gift

Nigerian media personality Noble Igwe has melted hearts online after sharing an adorable video of himself and his pregnant wife, Chioma Igwe, as they prepare to welcome their third child.

Earlier, Noble had revealed the news of their growing family in a playful announcement video, confirming that six years after having their second child, baby number three is on the way.

In a follow-up post, Noble reflected on the reality of returning to baby duties. He admitted that he’s a bit rusty on the basics from swaddling to changing diapers and confessed they had already given away all their baby gear, thinking those days were behind them.

“Six years later and here we are again,” he wrote. “We’ve given away all the baby toys and whatnots. It feels like we’re starting from scratch.”

With his signature humor, Noble also teased the idea of creating a “support group for new dads,” especially for men navigating the many unspoken challenges of fatherhood like being asked the question, “Have you ever been pregnant before?”

He didn’t stop there. Noble added a lighthearted jab about the infamous push gift tradition, revealing that his wife had already asked what he planned to get her. His reply? “Let’s start with a pedicure… your Benz is warming up.”

“Episode 4
I really can’t believe we are having another baby six years after Big Popps, this feels good, like a Jara on top of everything but we need to be ready
I have forgotten how to swaddle, change diapers and how to fix a meal for a baby .
We have given away all the baby toys and whatnots but now , we have to join the queue at Ebeano at 70,000 a pop for baby formula and pretending not to cry in the cereal aisle.
I really want to ask , how did we get here but I know how we got here.

It’s time to build a support group for new dads,a safe space for men who’ve heard the dreaded question:
“Have you ever been pregnant before?”
I’ve heard that sentence every single day for the past few months.
And not necessarily just when I ask Chioma to pound yam (Disclaimer: this never happened).
I am not in any way belittling pregnancy but we have to agree that some people play the “ but can’t you see that I am pregnant” card every single time.

Now I’m not saying Chioma does this…
But this same girl will go to work in Ogba, come back, climb the stairs like the chair person ,Umuada, but then ask me to go back down and get her water because “Can’t you see that I’m pregnant?”

To keep her body within her desired temperature, we had to change three air conditioning units in the bedroom.
Nobs : baby , but this AC is cooling na
Chioma : Don’t you know that pregnancy makes the person hot ?
Nobs : I’m a hot boy and I have never been pregnant.
Chioma : isi adi gi nma
Nobs : But the AC is cooling Sha .
Fast forward to Toronto, she’s still complaining of the cold but some nights I have seen her shutting the windows because of cold.
A few days ago, Chioma asked me what I’d be getting her as push gift, I have decided to start with a pedicure in preparation for her Benz, I mean, LEGEDIS BENZ”.
