Raye pointed to the example of late boxing legend Muhammad Ali, who reportedly stayed away from sexual activity before major fights to remain sharp and focused. She likened the practice to cutting off sugar when trying to lose weight, emphasizing that sacrifices are sometimes necessary to achieve meaningful results.
“If you feel like you really need to let some steam off, go to the gym. Don’t go lay on no mattress. From now until December, quit any s3xual pleasure. Quit it,” she said.
