Nnamdi Kanu Invites Nigerians to Visit Him in DSS Custody

IPOB leader Nnamdi Kanu has invited Nigerians to visit him in DSS custody, following a Kenyan High Court ruling that declared his 2021 extradition to Nigeria unlawful.

His lawyer, Aloy Ejimakor, disclosed this after meeting Kanu on Friday. Kanu thanked his legal team and family for securing the judgment.

Posting on X, Ejimakor wrote: “Rising from today’s visitation, MAZI NNAMDI KANU took the opportunity to hail his lawyers & siblings for the stunning victory from Kenya.

“He also extended an open invitation to anybody (who is in doubt about his messages thru his lawyers) to personally pay him a visit at the DSS.”

In other news…. U.S. President Donald Trump has warned he would order strikes on Iran “without question” if it restarts its nuclear weapons program.

Posting on Truth Social, Trump also claimed he protected Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, from an assassination plot during the recent Israel conflict, accusing him of being ungrateful.

I knew EXACTLY where he was sheltered, and would not let Israel, or the U.S. Armed Forces, by far the Greatest and Most Powerful in the World, terminate his life. I SAVED HIM FROM A VERY UGLY AND IGNOMINIOUS DEATH, and he does not have to say, ‘THANK YOU, PRESIDENT TRUMP!’,” Trump wrote.

According to Trump, his administration had been considering sanctions relief for Iran but abandoned the idea after Khamenei’s defiant remarks.

“I was working on the possible removal of sanctions, and other things, which would have given a much better chance to Iran at a full, fast, and complete recovery – The sanctions are BITING! But no, instead I get hit with a statement of anger, hatred, and disgust, and immediately dropped all work on sanction relief, and more,” he added.

Ayatollah Khamenei dismissed U.S. and Israeli airstrike claims, boasting Iran defeated Israel and embarrassed the U.S., sparking Trump’s frustration.

“They are always so angry, hostile, and unhappy, and look at what it has gotten them – A burned out, blown up Country, with no future, a decimated Military, a horrible Economy, and DEATH all around them. They have no hope, and it will only get worse,” he said.

Despite Trump’s NATO remarks about renewed talks, Iran insists it has no plans to resume nuclear negotiations with Washington.
