Nigerian man bursts into tears in the market over his inability to buy very expensive food items

As Nigerians continue to struggle with the high cost of living, a video of a guy sobbing at the market over his inability to buy food with the little money he had on hand has gone viral.

The man was recorded in front of a shop that offered basic foods like as rice, beans, and garri. He could be heard enquiring about the pricing of the grocery products. When he realised he couldn’t afford to buy the food items with the money he had, he started crying.
