Joanna Abodunrin, a brilliant Nigerian scholar, has taken to social media to celebrate her academic journey as she earns a Master’s degree in Law and Finance from the prestigious University of Oxford, UK.
Sharing inspiring before and after photos, Joanna reflected on her transformation and the milestones she’s achieved along the way. In a post made on Monday, August 4, she revealed that she was also awarded the prize for the best performance in Corporate Finance Law.
Joanna’s academic excellence is nothing new—she graduated with First Class Honours from Ahmadu Bello University in 2022, where she was named the Best Graduating Student in the Faculty of Law.
“Yes, God did it! 10 years ago, this dream felt out of reach. Today, I’m happy to share that I’ve graduated from the @UniofOxford with an MSc in Law & Finance and I’ve been awarded the prize for the best performance in Corporate Finance Law. I hope my story encourages someone out there: your dream is valid, your journey is unfolding, and with God, nothing is impossible,” she wrote.
