In a deeply emotional video now circulating online, she revealed that her aunt and the woman’s three children were taken by the attackers. Overwhelmed and distraught, she appealed for urgent assistance.
Addressing President Bola Tinubu and the general public, she said:
“Please, you people should help us. President Tinubu, we are begging you we are seeking help. Please, please, please… they took away my sister and her three children. I can’t bear this pain. Please, I need people to support Eruku. We are not safe.”
The attack has sparked renewed concern about the safety of worshippers and the broader state of security in the region.
