This incident was captured on camera and captioned, “Winner doings, Ilebaye sprayed Mercy in dollars and naira yesterday.”
The caption of the film, together with Mercy Eke’s actions, proved that hard currency was truly spent, as Mercy Eke was seen flaunting the money sprayed by Ilebaye.
