Social media activist VeryDarkMan has reacted to allegations made by businesswoman Tracy Ohiri against his lawyer, Marshall Abubakar, amid an ongoing payment dispute involving David Nweze Umahi.
Tracy Ohiri had earlier accused the lawyer of offering her $70,000 instead of the agreed ₦305,550,000, sparking widespread reactions online.
Responding to the claims, VeryDarkMan confirmed that Barrister Marshall Abubakar is part of his legal team but questioned Ohiri’s credibility, alleging that her claims lack evidence.
“Yes, Barrister Marshal Abubakar is one of my lawyers, but this Tracy Ohiri is not a good person.
When I visited her at the hospital after she fainted in court, our conversation made me realize that everything she’s saying is just mere talk with no evidence, even though I’m convinced Umahi is owing her,” he said.
He further criticized the businesswoman in strong terms, adding:
“you are not a good person, you be very evvvvvv person, GOD HELP YOU.”
Meanwhile …. A Nigerian businesswoman, Tracy Ohiri, has publicly cried out for help, alleging that she was deceived in a financial agreement involving Nigeria’s Minister of Works, David Nweze Umahi, and lawyer Marshall Abubakar.
In an emotional video circulating online, Tracy broke down in tears, claiming she had “lost everything” and calling on Nigerians to hold both men accountable if anything happens to her.
“I have l0st everything. They should come and keell me. My integrity, trust, and everything are finally gone. Nigerians, if anything happens to me, hold Marshall Abubakar (VeryDarkMan’s lawyer) and David Nweze Umahi responsible,” she said.
Tracy alleged that her lawyer offered her $70,000 instead of the agreed ₦305,550,000 and accused him of collaborating with the minister to manipulate her into recording a retraction video.
“I Haven’t Been Paid My Full Money Yet. Minister Dave Umahi Used My Lawyer, Barrister Marshall Abubakar, To Trick Me Into Making The Retraction Video To Clear Him.
I Was Forced To Make That Video. The Agreement Was That Once I Made It, I Would Be Paid Before It Was Released To The Public But Instead, They Released It Without My Consent And Without Paying Me.
Nigerians Please Come To My Rescue,” she added.
