A seemingly mentally unstable lady in short dress was reportedly spotted at a location in Owerri, Imo state capital, on Saturday afternoon.
The lady who was obviously not totally correct in the head, mumbles words to herself while pointing to her private parts in the public display.
According to the Facebook user, Ann Johnson, who shared the video of the lady in action, the lady was being used for rituals as she warned other girls to desist from rolling with men of questionable characters.
Although it was claimed by some commentators on the post that the lady is possessed and mentally unstable and she has been walking around Owerri metropolis in skimpy outfits for many years now and that her case is not new.
Hopefully, this will get the attention of the appropriate authorities who will get her off the street and help seek medical attention.
